Great finish to the week everyone! The children, teenagers and adults all put a lot of sweat on the mats this week.

Saturday: Open mat from 10 am to 12 pm - New classes coming soon on Saturdays, stay tuned for more information.

Monday: We are OPEN for all classes as normal, that includes SAMBO Club and all Night time classes.
