Memorial Day

On this Memorial Day we take a moment to not only remember those who have fought for our country, those who continue to fight and those who will one day undertake in such an honorable endeavor. Thanks to all the service men and woman who give of themselves so that we can all be safe and free.

The next few days:

Thursday: Morning SAMBO! – Night time classes as normal.

Friday: Some Schools are closed, but we are OPEN! Normal class times.

Saturday: Open mat from 10 am to 12 pm. Only a couple more weeks to testing, use the time to get some extra practice!

Monday: Memorial Day. We are closed in honor of all those that have served, currently serve and will someday serve.  Have a great day!

Welcome to Friday!  With all the crazy weather this week, from sunny to rain and back again, it’s nice to know you can get some good stable martial arts training! 


Time to put some sweat on the mats and finish the week up right!
