Great weather and great classes, Summer is really heating up!

With this heat we have the air-conditioning on, the only sweat we want on the mats comes from you working hard, not just burning from the sun's heat! 

Children are wrestling tonight from 5 pm to 6 pm
Adults and Teen SAMBO (Judo / Submission grappling) Class from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm
