In less than a week:
February 1: New Saturday classes start: All children from 10 am to 11 am; Adults and Teens from 11 am to 12 pm.
The more we train the happier we get!

In about 2 weeks:
February 7: 1st belt testing of the New Year! Start out great and make it a standard for the entire year.

All Children: 10 am to 11 am

All Adults and Teenagers: 11 am to 12 pm

Great finish to the week everyone! The children, teenagers and adults all put a lot of sweat on the mats this week.

Monday: We are OPEN for all classes as normal, that includes SAMBO Club and all Night time classes.

A great morning SAMBO class! Awesome to see so many new people on the mats! 

If you have not tried our morning SAMBO class yet now is the perfect time, stop in and we'll give you your first couple classes for free! Get your throwing  / grappling game going today.

SAMBO Club meets every Monday and Thursday from 10 am to 12 pm!

For our first full week of classes in 2014 we have had an awesome time!

-The children's classes have such enthusiasm and drive at the beginning of the year that their energy is highly contagious!
- The teenagers are really showing a desire to "up their game" and are striving to be great rather than "just good enough".
- Our adult classes have already upped the sweat level of the place by pushing the training standard we are known for!

Really looking forward to finishing up this weeks of classes tonight.

Children are wrestling at 5 pm
Adults and Teens have SAMBO at 6:30 pm

...oh and what's this I hear about some changes to Saturday... hmm more coming soon.
