For our first full week of classes in 2014 we have had an awesome time!

-The children's classes have such enthusiasm and drive at the beginning of the year that their energy is highly contagious!
- The teenagers are really showing a desire to "up their game" and are striving to be great rather than "just good enough".
- Our adult classes have already upped the sweat level of the place by pushing the training standard we are known for!

Really looking forward to finishing up this weeks of classes tonight.

Children are wrestling at 5 pm
Adults and Teens have SAMBO at 6:30 pm

...oh and what's this I hear about some changes to Saturday... hmm more coming soon.
