Saturday Open Mat from 10 am to 12 pm is open for all LWMA Teens, Adults and SAMBO club members.

We are OPEN on Monday February 18 for Presidents Day; and open all week long for classes as normal.

Morning SAMBO: Sorry no class Monday morning, I have an appointment in Seattle that is going to keep me from making it. We will be back on track Thursday and make up for lost time!

Children’s belt ceremony will be tonight from 5 pm to 6 pm.

Adults and Teens are training SAMBO from 6:30 pm to 8:30pm.
