Testing if this Friday Feb. 3, 2012. All testing applications need to be in no later than Wednesday.

Children's test will start at 5 pm; Adults and Teenagers at 7 pm.

It's Friday! One more exciting class and then we can enjoys the weekend. Remember we also have open mat on Saturday from 10 am to 12 pm for those that want a little extra training.

SAMBO class is tomorrow at 10 am, feel free to stop in and give it a try. We look forward to seeing you their!

All classes are OPEN for Monday (1-23-12)! Get ready to train hard to make up for that missing week.

The end to the bad weather is almost here, unfortunately it's coming a little too late to have classes. Our hearts go out to all those with out power and hopefully you have found a safe place to stay warm until all is put right. See everyone on Monday!

Thursday: Roads are a mess, hope everyone is staying safe. No classes obviously; I need some training time, so here's hoping at least Friday is good to go!
