We are OPEN for all classes this President's Week.

For Children and Teens we are down to two weeks till the first belt test of 2016! Time to put the work in and sharpen up this week before it's too late.

Adults we are back to major throws and more leg attacks this week, working 50/50 throwing and grappling. It's go time!

 

 

Hope everyone had a great Halloween weekend!  Also hope everyone remembered to reset their clocks!  Time to get in and train off all that candy, no excuses, time to get in and do the work.

All the children and teens did fantastic at their testing this last Friday! Testing results are in the front entryway. Congratulations to all!


Children's belt ceremony will be this Friday at 5 pm.

A GREAT night of testing The children and teens were truly inspirational with the amount of hard work ad sweat they put into this test!  Congratulations!
